CONSENT TEXT FOR THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA AND ELECTRONIC COMMERCIAL MESSAGE PERMISSION

Min Eğitim ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri (“IEYP TURKEY” or “The Company”) informed me about my personal data processed through the "Information Text Regarding the Protection of Personal Data" in accordance with the Article 11 titled "Data Controller's Obligation to Enlighten" of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and informed me that I have the right to refuse commercial messages without giving any reason, within the scope of the Law No. 6563 on Regulation of Electronic Commerce. I hereby acknowledge that I understand the issues covered by the notification and have learned my legal rights regarding the relevant records.

I hereby give my consent to IEYP TURKEY to process my personal data, including my name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, and personal data obtained through campaign studies, for the purpose of conducting the marketing processes of the products and services within the Institution, which are related to congratulations, invitations, promotions, informing about services, publications, events and informing about business life.

I also hereby give my consent to the sending of any kind of commercial electronic message, which includes data, sound and image content, using communication tools such as telephone, call center, electronic mail and short message service, and is sent for commercial purposes, related to congratulations, invitations, promotions, informing about services, publications, events and informing about business life, in electronic or physical media.
