INFORMATION TEXT ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA REGARDING THE CONTACT FORM OF MIN EDUCATION AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES

The aim of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), published in the Official Gazette No. 29677 dated April 7, 2016, which aims to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, and its 10th article titled “Disclosure Obligation of the Data Controller” along with the Disclosure Obligation Compliance Principles and Procedures to be followed, published in the Official Gazette No. 30356 on March 10, 2018, requires data controllers such as Min Education and Consultancy Services (“IEYP TURKEY” or “Institution”) to inform you about your personal data processed under this Disclosure Text.

1. PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

IEYP TURKEY processes the following personal data:

 

• Identity Information: Name, Surname.
• Contact Information: E-Mail, Telephone Number.
• Transaction Security Information: IP Address Information, Log Records, Internet Site Entry and Exit Information.

2. PROCESSING PURPOSE, COLLECTION METHOD, AND LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are collected, stored, and processed within the scope of the purposes listed below, which are compliant with the legal bases indicated in the 5th and 8th articles of the “KVKK” and based on the appropriate legal reasons stated below, through the internet, telephone, e-mail, and electronic media, provided that you contact us, and throughout the course of the related relationship.

3. TRANSFER OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be transferred to official institutions and organizations and business partners located within the country, to the extent required by the purpose stated in Article 2 of this “Obligation to Inform” text, in compliance with the provisions of the KVKK regarding the transfer of personal data.

 

4. RIGHTS OF THE RELATED PERSON WHOSE PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED

According to the provisions of Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data.

 

• Learn whether personal data is being processed or not,
• Request information if personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are being used appropriately for that purpose,
• Be informed about third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
• Request to be informed of the correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data that have been transferred to third parties,
• Object to the production of a result that is to the detriment of the person solely by automatic analysis of processed data,
• Request compensation in case of damage due to the processing of personal data in violation of KVKK.
